The Committee, due to meet for the first time on October 24, is to be chaired by Stephen McCabe (Lab, Birmingham Hall Green) and will comprise Michael Fabricant (Con, Lichfield), Desmond Swayne (Con, New Forest West) and Kali Mountford (Lab, Colne Valley).
