As well as the walnut longcases, oak and mahogany furniture, mirrors and objects there are over 40-lots of trimmings, braid and textiles rounding off the final section of the two-day dispersal of stock from this Cheltenham business.
All the lots are group offerings and they include small collections of braids, trimmings and tie-backs, some modern, some dating back to the 18th or 19th century, rolls and bolts of 20th century furnishing fabrics such as brocades, chintzes and velvets, much of it in antique style, plus collections of cushions and curtains.
Most of the lots carry estimates in the low hundreds. The sale will be held at Cheltenham Ladies’ College.
