“All the 26 stallholders had a good day – some of them coming from Harrogate, Fife, Edinburgh and Manchester and we had buyers in from Dublin and Edinburgh,” said Judith. “There was a lot of buzz and it was a busy day with a big student element at the fair. Perhaps the most successful sales at the fair were the vintage hats and scarves and I sold plenty of my vintage bags, particularly those with an unusual shape.” She plans a return next year, probably also in November.
