The annual fair and the bimonthly market coincide this year on Sunday March 5. Visitors are invited to visit each during two tours with Edd Thomas of Edd in the Clouds.
Thomas’ ‘Style up Top Picks’ tour will reflect the ethos of his shop, which encourages the mixing of contemporary and vintage pieces as decorations for the contemporary home.
Thomas is the chairman of the Antiques Young Guns and the tour will be covered on social media in real time.
It is one of a series of tours and talks planned for the Bath Decorative Fair so far, which includes a tour by Judith Miller on collecting, “Judith’s Top Picks for Collectors’” which will be video streamed also using social media.
BathVA, which runs the first and last Sunday of every month, is an undercover market and regularly includes live entertainment.
The Bath Decorative Fair runs from March 2-5. The next edition of the BathVA takes place on January 29.
