This is Priscilla Presley’s divorce settlement when she ended her marriage to Elvis in 1973.

The Presleys’ official divorce settlement papers from August 15, 1972, are to be auctioned at Wiltshire auction house Henry Aldridge & Son on November 11.

The settlement may make interesting reading for some, but it is the signatures on the documents that autograph hunters will be keen on.

Across the 12 pages there are three Elvis signatures - twice with his full name Elvis Aaron Presley and once with his initials EAP.

Auctioneer Andrew Aldridge said these are exceptional examples of Elvis' signatures and it is extremely rare to have Elvis sign his full name Elvis Aaron Presley with two As in his middle name.

Priscilla signed four times - three as Priscilla Ann Presley and once with her initials PAP.

Their attorneys’ signatures are also present.

The document will be offered at the Devizes saleroom on November 11 sale with an estimate of £20,000-25,000.

The vendor is an American collector who saw the publicity and result surrounding Aldridge’s previous auction of Elvis material and decided to offer the item.

In the same sale a note from Albert Einstein will be offered.

The signed Einstein note was sent to a Mr Paul Low and Aldridge said it translates as: ‘Many thanks, too, for your clever / entertaining puzzle’ A. Einstein 54.

It is offered at £500-800. The note was consigned by descendants of Low, as part of a collection of autographs.
