Newark Fair

The Newark Fair is run by IACF. It takes place every other month and is held at the Newark and Nottinghamshire Showground, hosting over 2000 stands.

The fair attracts dealers and buyers with its wide range of items – from furniture and rugs to sporting memorabilia and paintings.

FOLLOWING the well-received introduction of master classes to their events last year, DMG Antiques Fairs, the UK’s biggest organiser of the biggest fairs, will be repeating the initiative at 12 of their summer fixtures. The organisers of the Newark fair have taken a tough stance on stallholders who leave their two-day event early. The clampdown comes after complaints from both stallholders and visitors who object to dealers leaving the fair before the official closing time of 4pm on Tuesday.
