Nicolas De Staël’s Composition from 1950 is estimated at €200,000-300,000 in the May 31-June 1 Dorotheum auction in Vienna.
Offered as part of the saleroom’s spring auction week, it carries an estimate of €200,000-300,000.
A selection of works from the sale will be on show in the firm’s London office at 11 St James’s Place, London SW1, until April 27, followed by a tour around other European cities before a viewing in Vienna from May 20.
