The programme of exhibitions is aimed primarily at the collectors and institutions that flock to the capital in the warmer months and prices around the galleries are estimated to range from £1000-£5m.
However, there is also an accompanying learning programme, pitched at both buyers and enthusiasts. Partnerships with the National Gallery, The Ashmolean Museum, the Wallace Collection and the Soane Museum mean that curator-led talks are on the schedule of events.
Also available are lectures, tours and ‘Slow Art Workshops’ in which visitors have the chance to see, handle and discuss works of art.
For the first time, a second edition of LAW will run in the winter, from December 1-8.
