Sold for more than £10,000 at ‘BADA 2018’, this Archibald Knox silver and pink enamel inkwell was offered by The Peartree Collection.
Peartree, founded in 2015 by Anthony Bernbaum, was at the fair for the first time.
The event, which takes place at Duke of York Square in Chelsea between March 13-20, is in its 26th year.
Dealer Godson & Coles won the event’s best stand award, Elisabeth Lorie of Mary Wise & Grosvenor Antiques won best display, the lighting category went to silver specialists N & I Franklin and best object was won by a George II pietra dura and mahogany cabinet-on-stand from Thomas Coulborn and Sons.
