In Paris, Christian Deydier has launched Sublime, to be held at Hôtel National des Invalides on October 14-21. He aims to host 50 dealers showing art, antiques and jewellery. Dealers already signed up include Didier Claes, Bernard Dulon, Phoenix Ancient Art and de Jonckheere.

Launched in 2017, Fine Arts Paris, dedicated to paintings, drawing and sculpture, will this year take place at the Carrousel du Louvre from November 7-11.

The association Syndicat National des Antiquaires (SNA) continues to run La Biennale in Paris, which is due to hold its 30th edition in September.

In Switzerland, the works on paper fair Paper Positions is launching a Basel edition in addition to events in Berlin and Munich.

The new fair runs from June 12-17 during Basel Art Week and hosts around 30 international galleries.

Like its other editions, the Basel event will be organised as a salon-style hang rather than dividing its exhibitors into more traditional individual stands.
