Pook & Pook’s November 17 sale of firearms and militaria in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, contains a matched pair of these Scottish pistols: 18th century flintlocks signed by John Campbell, a member of the Doune guild of gunsmiths.
They are typical examples constructed entirely from steel.
The estimate is $20,000-30,000.
