The most translated sci-fi author in the world is the French writer Jules Verne (1828-1905). This 1877 copy of his Voyages Extraordinaires is offered at BiblioMania by Chartres bookseller Librairie aux deux Eléphants at €2000.
The theme has been picked to coincide with Pariscience, the annual science film festival held in the city the following week.
Exhibitors to the fair come from across France plus Belgium, Denmark, the UK, the Netherlands and Italy.
