Clarion Events has announced that the 2020 fair will be held from June 17-28. The 12-day format is two days longer than the 2019 summer event. It last covered two weekends in 2015.

“These extended dates allow a second weekend of trading which we know dealers benefit from,” says organiser Mary Claire Boyd. “This means we close on a Sunday which is historically a busy day in terms of visitors at a time when the international collectors and decorators are in London.”

Last year the event was consolidated onto the ground floor of the Olympia exhibition centre, and it will continue in this format.

Organisers are now offering more stands at lower heights, a more cost-effective option especially for dealers with smaller objects.

However, high-ceilinged stalls are still available, and discounts are on offer for stands beyond a certain size as well as for exhibitors coming in from outside the UK.

Boyd adds: “We are responding to dealers’ needs and market conditions with our increased flexibility on stand builds to suit different budgets. It puts us at a very fair price in the current fairs marketplace.”
