My selling price was a commercial decision, but it still dismays me that the value I added by rescuing this picture resulted in the seller being entitled to receive 4% ARR.
I’d like to think that Paul Viney’s hope (ATG No 2407, dated September 7) that this pernicious and unjust legislation will be repealed after we leave the EU – but I doubt it!
