The antiques shop on Alcester Road in Moseley has been run by owner Gail with her partner Maurice but they have decided to retire.
The building will be offered at auction this week with a guide of £395,000 and the shop will close once the property is sold.
Maurice said: “We’ve tried everything but we have decided to close. There were five antiques shops around here once, but things have changed now.”
