CBS This Morning co-host Anthony Mason featured the New York show at the Society of Illustrators on his broadcast. The show, called Fashion Illustration: the visionaries. a century of illustration from the Frances Neady Collection, is the first formal collaboration that Gray MCA has made with The Society of Illustrators.
Mason had his own reason for being interested in the show. Work by his stepfather, who illustrated for both Vogue and Town and Country in the 1950-60s, is part of the event.
The fame won’t go to Gray’s head though. He is already busy working on his next exhibition for September (during London Fashion Week) called Drawing on Style at Gallery 8 on Duke Street, St James’s. It will later transfer to Bath in October.
