Antiquities clarification
Your article ‘New York collector given lifetime ban after four-year antiquities investigation’ (page 4, Your article ‘New York collector given lifetime ban after four-year antiquities investigation’ (ATG No 2522) quotes a statement from District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr that lists a number of individuals (including me) but it fails to report that in the only criminal proceedings against me (Proc. Rep. Court of Naples RGNR 5814/12; Proc. Rep. Court of Rome RGNR 3306/06) an indictment was never requested.
