The gallery, founded in 2006 and run by Steven Beale, operated from a gallery in Broadway, Worcestershire, owning the freehold to the building.
The joint administrators were appointed following a winding-up petition (which began on May 25) against the company. On the appointment on June 7, the business ceased to trade and all staff were made redundant.
Philip Watkins, partner at FRP and joint administrators of Trinity House Paintings Ltd, said: “We are working through the company’s records to build a picture of Trinity House Paintings’ assets and liabilities, as well as the events leading up to the insolvency. As part of that work, we encourage any customers or other creditors to come forward to file claims.”
The administrators said it is assessing the “status of the company’s assets and artworks held by the business”.

One art collector, who owns three artworks that are now in the possession of the gallery, has reported the loss of his pictures to the police.

His missing property (one painting and two drawings) was consigned to the gallery in March this year.
The joint administrator has only been appointed to Trinity House Paintings Ltd, a UK company.
However, it is understood that its US business had already ceased to trade prior to the appointment of administrators.
Beale did not respond to messages left for him by ATG.
