The auction house has not commented on the situation but it has been reported by Bloomberg and a number of media agencies that a minor late landscape by the French Impressionist called Golfe, Mer, Falaises Vertes has been stolen.
A number of social media accounts also reported the theft.

The 10.6 x 15.7 in (27 x 40cm) oil on canvas by Pierre-Auguste Renoir (1841–1919) was due to be offered on November 28 with an estimate of €120,000-160,000.
Police are investigating the incident.
